Posted July 21st, 2008 by GenghisPhlip

Many iPhone 3G buyers were upset to find that in order To reduce the price of the iPhone, Apple removed the some of the devices shipped with the first version of the mobile. They actually did the same thing in the past with their popular iPod line. One crafty 3G owner found that the dock that came with the BlueTooth headset he bought for his first generation iPhone was easily adapted to fit his new 3G. All he used was a Dremel tool to widen the dock area, then a quick polish of the dremeled areas and voila. Nicely done Goulwin!
